Healthcare at Home's Pharmacy Department plays a crucial role in the operational activity of the company. A skilled team of experienced Pharmacists and Technicians are able to provide a flexible and responsive dispensing and support service to all our homecare patients.

All types of prescriptions can be dispensed - NHS, Hospital and Private. The Pharmacists also have the critical responsibility of storing and accounting for the many and varied medicinal products kept at the registered Pharmacies and Regional Offices. In the main this requires cold chain maintenance - a specialised activity which ensures that medicinal products are stored and reach the patient in optimum condition.

Healthcare at Home’s Aseptic Compounding unit is able to prepare and dispense a wide range of injections in a ready to use form for patients and nurses.
