High quality care is provided to patients in their own homes by our specialist team of orthopaedic nurses and physiotherapists. Patients who have undergone hip replacement, hip resurfacing, total knee replacement, revision surgery and back surgery can benefit from this service.

The service helps to prevent the blocking of beds in NHS hospitals by long stay orthopaedic patients, thereby increasing the amount of elective surgery hospitals can undertake. This subsequently reduces hospital waiting times and improves access to services.
