Healthcare at Home have extensive experience in providing treatment to pulmonary hypertension patients. The aim of these service is to work in collaboration with the NHS to enable patients to receive treatment in the comfort of their own homes. 

Treatments provided at home include Iloprost, Flolan, Remodulin and Bosentan. Treatment begins with the appropriate dose of the drug being given to the patient whilst still in hospital. Healthcare at Home provides all the equipment required for self administration at home including two pumps/nebulisers for patients on infused or inhaled drug therapy.

The service includes:

Delivery of medication to the home
Customer services support including help line, and monthly call to ascertain stores levels.
Provision of pumps and their maintenance as appropriate
Emergency pump replacement service
Provision of ancillary items
Healthcare waste and sharps removal and disposal
