Your home care patients will be treated by the same named nurse, who will also help you manage your private patient case load.

You will receive a completed clinical evaluation form or consolidated report after each home visit.

Your nurse will contact the patient’s GP if necessary and will only contact you with appropriate clinical issues.

Your designated pathology and pharmacy departments will bill us direct. We will pass these costs on to each patient’s insurance company.
